The purpose of this admission session is to provide you with:
- A taste of Beauty therapy through practical activities. This will also provide tutors with an idea of your current level of skills and enable them to assess your suitability for the course
- Full details of the course programme(s) and the options available
- Details of work placement opportunities
- Information as to the pre-requisite skills or qualifications needed prior to enrolling
- Information as to the commitment and home study requirements
- A Skills Check for English, maths and ICT as appropriate ( if you have not already completed one)
- Details of learning support or financial support that may be available to you
- An opportunity for you to ask questions about the programme(s)
- Advice on what you may be able to do after the course and how to get the necessary qualifications to work in the Beauty industry
