What the course is about

During this course you will receive both group and individual support in order to help you learn more about Acrylic Painting.  

Topics that may be covered include: 

  • Introduce colour theory
  • Mix colours
  • Different methods of applying acrylics
  • Composition
  • Tonal Values

This is a structured course including demonstrations, group and individual coaching. Starting points include both real life subjects and photographs, you will learn to selectively use shapes and colours to create your own compositions in acrylic.

Learning takes place in a friendly classroom setting, which is a great place for social interaction and helping you meet new people.

This course is subsidised by Government funding so you should aim to attend the whole course.
