What the course is about
A structured, interactive, virtual, auto-assessed course that provides skills, knowledge and understanding in a number of subjects including the principles of customer service, food, health and safety legislation and your responsibilities whilst working in the Hospitality sector. There is also additional information on working in a sustainable manner in the Hospitality/Catering sector.

- COSHH Risk Assessment
- Food Safety Awareness
- Sustainability in the Hospitality and Catering Sector
This course supports you to prepare for job roles that require skills and knowledge of customer service and food safety.
Each learner will work at their own speed but will be supported by the Employability and Progression Officer, Nicky Ellison, nellison@salbcp.com if required.
You will receive an e-certificate of achievement on completion of all the assessments.
