What the course is about

A structured, interactive, virtual, auto-assessed course that provides skills, knowledge and understanding in a number of subjects including the principles of customer service, communication, employment related legislation and your rights and responsibilities at work.

This course supports you to prepare for job roles that require skills and knowledge of customer service.

You will receive an e-certificate of achievement on completion of all the assessments.
